Last season, Morphosis brought to your eyes the début collection of India-born Scottish designer Stefán Orschel-Read (here). 'Fågeln ' (Swedish for 'bird') is the title of his sophomore collection for Fall/Winter 2010, which received a fantastic response when it was presented at Vauxhall Fashion Scout during London Fashion Week. The inspiration stemmed from the subtle beauty of female birds and the ceiling murals of Stockholm's Storkyrkan Cathedral. The collection features charming, William Morris-inspired innovative prints, classic shapes and highly technical tailoring resulting in ingeniously beautiful pieces.
