Matthew Coupe is in his final year at Falmouth University in Corwall, UK. He studies documentary photography although recently he's found himself intrigued by the fashion industry and images surrounding it. Which makes sense as his brother is model Jacob Coupe. He has a long-term project that focuses on the lives of young male models. By immersing himself in their ever-changing diaries and sporadic lifestyle, Matt Coupe captures the moments that surround him. The F/W'10 collections saw his first collaboration with menswear designer J W Anderson. His aim was to show the models in an everyday light with a bit of individuality, whilst avoiding the typical and traditional fashion images.
